Ordering And Delivery

Order
To purchase, kindly add items to cart and provide all information needed. An invoice will be send to you 24 hours upon confirmation of purchase.
After the invoice has been sent, you are required to make the payment within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result you in getting blacklisted from future purchases and the item will be released to the next available buyer.
Do also note that the items you have intended to purchase may be sold out by the time we send you an invoice, even though stated as available on the site during the time of ordering. As we are unable to keep track of our inventory all the time, the stock quantity will only be updated every few hours. 



Kindly email us at sales.ralpacy@gmail.com if you do not receive our email in 24 hours. Please do check your junk and trash folder as it might land up there by mistake.

 
Payment
- We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers to our UOB account where details will be given in the invoice sent to your email


***Even though options for other payment methods are available upon checking out, please note that we do NOT accept any other methods of payment except for Internet Banking.

Delivery
 We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website. We will not be responsible for the loss of parcels, after being mailed out through normal postage.

Normal postage charges: add $1.50 to total.
Registered postage charges: add $2.50 to total.
Meet ups: Only at YCK mrt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We do not allow returns or exchange unless the wrong item is sent out or defective when received. We will only refund or exchange for a different item only if the item of choice is sold out.
